Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has commended Rodrygo for his outstanding performance during Saturday’s LaLiga clash against Rayo Vallecano.
The Brazilian forward delivered a goal and an assist, showcasing his return to top form following a recent injury. Despite Rodrygo’s brilliance, Real Madrid settled for a 3-3 draw, with Fede Valverde and Jude Bellingham also finding the back of the net.
Speaking during his post-match interview, Ancelotti expressed satisfaction with Rodrygo’s resurgence.
“I’m delighted with how Rodrygo played; he’s back to his best. I see a bright future ahead. Now we have to finish the year on a high note,” Ancelotti stated.
The Italian coach also highlighted the importance of the upcoming Club World Cup final.
“There’s a great opportunity on Wednesday to win the Club World Cup, and that would be the icing on the cake for this spectacular year,” he added.
