“I don’t collect tithes, offering” – Tobi Adegboyega Explains Church’s Financial Model

The founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church, widely known as SPAC Nation, Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, has revealed that his church does not collect tithes and offerings.

Adegboyega made this disclosure while discussing his financial sources during an appearance on Channels TV’s Politics Today. He attributed his income to investments, managing businesses, and supporting emerging companies in the United Kingdom (UK).

Highlighting his commitment to empowering individuals, Adegboyega stated that his focus has always been on people rather than personal wealth. He shared that his efforts have transformed lives, particularly for those with troubled pasts. “I have brought people from prisons and made them multi-millionaires, and the testimonies are public,” he said, emphasizing his role in nurturing individuals into prominent leaders. He further noted that some of those he mentored are now CEOs of significant black corporations in the UK.

Adegboyega elaborated on his work to support small businesses, both within and outside Nigeria. He revealed that, over the past two years, he has provided financial support to about 250 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria, each receiving a sum of one million naira to foster growth. According to him, these businesses have continued to thrive under his mentorship and investment.

Outlining his financial approach, the pastor explained, “We started businesses, we raised companies here. What we do is invest in little businesses and watch them grow—that is what sustains us here.” He further clarified that SPAC Nation does not depend on traditional church funding methods. “Even as a church, we don’t take tithes and offerings; we watch these businesses grow.”
